At Salty Shield Co, we stand behind our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the safety-critical nature of fire service equipment, all sales are subject to the terms below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Eligibility
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new, resalable condition.
• Custom-length paracord orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective.
• Returns must include all original components (both carabiners and paracord).
Non-Returnable Items
• Any product that has been used on the fireground or shows signs of wear, abrasion, heat exposure, or rigging use.
• Opened or cut paracord.
• Products purchased on final sale or clearance.
Refund Process
1. Contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return within 30 days.
2. Once approved, ship the item back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will cover the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via the Contact Us page and we will reach out for pictures. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
